| 摘 要： | 电子政务已经成为政府行使其职能的重要手段之一,对提高政府形象、构建阳光型政府、提高办事效率等起到重要推动作用。针对政协组织的特点,在提出市级政协组织电子政务系统规划的目标、原则、方案、功能等,希望能对具有政协特色的电子政务系统建设有所参考。

| Abstract: | The e-government has become one of the important means to exercise government function.It plays a key role in elevating the image of the government,constructing ＂sunshine government＂and im-proving working e？ciency.Based on the characteristics of political consultative conference organizations（PCCO）,this paper brings forward some objectives,principles,plans and functions of e-government system for municipal political consultative conference organization to provide some references to the construction of e-government systems for the characterized PCCO. |
