高校思想政治理论课合班教学的问题及应对措施

随着高校的不断扩招，思想政治理论课合班教学已经成为一种主流，然而在合班教学中存在的问题日渐增多，思想政治理论课教学效果不明显，如不寻求相应的解决对策，将严重影响到课程教学的质量和学生培养的质量。为此，我们必须提高师资力量，转变对待学生的态度，完善考评机制，认真上好每一堂课，让学生听有所得、学有所获，增强思想政治理论教学的实效性。

Problems and Solutions in Teaching Ideological and Political Theoriesin Larger Class in Colleges and Universities

As the enrollment enlarged year by year in colleges and universities,a kind of larger class is inevitable to be used to teach the ideological and political theories.Therefore,a number of problems increases and the teaching effect are not so good.If we could not find the solutions to deal with such problems,it will be seriously affected the quality of teaching and students cultivating.This paper discusses the ways to improve teaching the ideological and political theories.
