| 摘 要： | 随着我国医保体制改革的不断深入，医保工作取得了长足的进步与发展，但也暴露出医保管理方面的某些弊端，其中财务管理工作最为明显，日渐成为制约医保进一步发展的“瓶颈”问题，迫切需要医保管理者从创新财务管理理念、思路和手段等方面入手，切实采取有效措施提高财务管理水平，提高医保的市场竞争能力。

| Abstract: | With the continuous deepening of China＇s health insurance reform, health care has made considerable progress and development, but has revealed some medical insurance management disadvantages as well, the most obvious of which is financial management, which has become the ＂bottleneck＂ to restrict the further development of healthcare. There is an urgent need for healthcare financial management executives to start from innovative concepts, ideas and means, to take effective measures to improve the financial management level so as to improve the market competitiveness of health insurance. |
