| 摘 要： | 教育是社会和谐的基石。我国教育发展存在不平衡,突出表现在地区不平衡和城乡不平衡。教育地区不平衡主要是高等教育资源和各省对教育投入不等。教育城乡不平衡则有教育投入、师资素质、入学机会等方面。形成教育发展不平衡的原因首先是经费筹措体制,其次是经济发展水平,还有历史和文化等方面因素。

| Abstract: | Education is society's harmonious foundation stone.The educational development exists unevenly in our country.It is uneven between in urban and rural areas and uneven among provinces especially.Higher education resources and educational investment is mainly uneven among provinces.There are unevenly to educate between in urban and rural areas,such as input in education,teachers' quality,enter school chance etc..The reason for forming the disparate development of education : At first,the system of raiseing funds;Secondly,the economic development level;Tthere are respect factors such as history and culture,etc.. |
