| 摘 要： | 当今世界的一切竞争,都是人才的竞争.高等学校是培养人才的主要阵地.高校要想造就高素质人才,就必须始终坚持以马列主义为指导,大力提高教师的思想政治素质和职业道德水准;以树立终身学习观念为要求,不断提高教师的文化知识水平;以鼓励积极探索为途径,快速提高教师的教学业务技能,努力建设适应时代要求的高素质教育队伍.

| Abstract: | In today's word, every competition is the competition of talents. Colleges and universities are the chief base to train talents. To train highly-qualified talents, they should try to develop the teachers' qualities politically and ideologically and the standard of professional morality under the guide of Marxism and Leninism; they should develop the teachers' level of culture according to the requirement of having the concept of life -long study; they should encourage active exploration to improve the teachers' teaching skills and strengthen a force of highly-qualified teachers who can meet the needs of the time. |
