| Abstract: | With the enrollment of new students on and enlarged scale, universities are confronted with the urgent practical problem of making the best use of the limited educational resources to conform to the over-development of higher education. This article probes boldly the problem of the best distribution of physical educational resources in face of over-development of higher education, and aims to provide ways and means for rapid development of higher education. |
