| 摘 要： | 长期以来,我国的高等职业教育存在着以满足多数人同一的教育而获得规模与效益的问题。这种教育制度压抑了人们的多样化需求,也约束了培养模式的多样化。本文对我国高等职业教育人才培养模式存在的主要问题进行了分析,并有针对性地提出了几点相应的对策。

| Abstract: | For a long time,our education always satisfied the demands of most students in order to attain the scale and benefit.This kind of education system not only depresses the various needs,but also limits the variety of training patterns.This thesis not only analyses the main problems existing in the talents training patterns of higher vocational education in China,but puts forward some countermeasures as well. |
