| 摘 要： | 利用中国1978~2005年的相关数据,运用向量自回归(VAR)模型就技术进步对就业的效应进行实证分析。研究发现,在短期技术进步对就业具有"收缩效应";在长期技术进步对就业具有"扩张效应"。技术进步对就业的影响作用较小,而且随着时间推移这种影响作用的程度逐渐减弱。

| Abstract: | This paper researches on the technological progress's effects on employment throughout the data from 1978 to 2005 in China by VAR method.It shows that the response of employment to technological shocks is negative in the short run,while it is a positive effect in the long run.The response of employment to technological shocks is in a limited degree,and it will be more and more powerless along with time passing. |
