| 摘 要： | 良好的社会公德及公德意识是我国公民道德建设所必须的。而对“公”的认识不同，价值选择不同，对公德意识的形成和历史发展进程都会产生巨大的影响。从“公”的观念的发展变化，以及公德意识随着“公”的观念的变迁而逐渐变化，以适应时代发展要求的角度，具体分析了现代公德意识的的建构何以可能。
