| 摘 要： | 本文针对资源浪费是中国可持续发展的主要障碍，试图运用经济学的观点分析资源浪费的成因，并运用成本效益分析方法进一步分析资源消耗的最优控制水平，最后，结合中国的实际情况，提出控制资源浪费的调控对策。

| Abstract: | In view of the fact thai resource waste is the principal obstacle to the sustainable devclopment of China, the author tries to analyse foe contributing factor of resourcewaste by applying economic viewpoint; and goes a further step to analyse the optimal controllevel of resource consumption by applying the method of cost efficiency analysis; and finally,advances counter-measure for controlling resource waste in the light of the reality of China. |
