境外战略投资者与中国银行业的竞争与合作

我国加入世界贸易组织后，银行业对外开放进程不断加快，境外投资者已经成为我国金融体系的重要组成部分，为我国的经济发展和改革开放作出了积极的贡献。本文从我国银行业与境外投资者合作的现状入手，分析了中资银行与外资银行存在的差距，提出了选择境外战略投资者需要注意的问题。

External strategic investor and competition and cooperation of the Chinese banking

After our country joins WTO, the process opening to the outside world of banking is being accelerated constantly, external investors have already become the important component of the financial system of our country, have made positive contribution for economic development and reform and opening-up of our country. The current situation that this text cooperates with investor outside the border from the banking of our country is started with, have analyzed the disparity that the banks of China-invested Bank and foreign capitals exist, has put forward the question which the external strategic investor need to pay attention to of choosing.
