| 摘 要： | 政治素质是思想政治课教师应当具备的最基本素质.中学思想政治课教学的本质和内容和新时期政治课教师的特殊地位决定了政治课教师必须有优良的政治素质.正确的政治方向、政治观点,坚定的政治信念、政治立场在思想政治课教师的教学过程中起着定向作用.政治鉴别力和政治敏锐性,是思想政治课能否取得长远效果的根本所在.

| Abstract: | Political levels are the basic ones for ideology and politics teachers to possess firstly. The essence and contents for the ideological and political teaching in middle school ,and the special status of ideology and politics teachers in new times determined that the ideology and politics teachers must possess excellent political levels .The right political direction and political idea, firm political conviction and political viewpoint affect the direction of ideology and politics teachers in their teaching. The political ability of differentiation and penetrating mind is the main essence for ideological and political lessons to get long effect. |
