| 摘 要： | 组织惯性往往阻碍企业对动态环境的适应性。从企业战略形成的角度。探讨克服企业的战略惯性，以适应动态环境的企业战略创新问题。给出了企业层次的战略创新概念。分析了企业战略的企业家创新和群体创新，并提出两者相结合的观点。

| Abstract: | Corporation's inertia usually incumbers the corporation to adapt the dynamic environment. From the perspective of corporation strategy formation, this paper will focus on the strategic innovation, which overcomes the strategic inertia and is adapted to the dynamic environment. We propose the concept of strategic innovation in the firm-level, and put forward the integrated opinion of the strategic innovation that integrates the entrepreneur innovation and the group innovation. |
