图解法求塔高在填料塔中的应用

摘    要:本文在图解法求板式塔高的基础上,对填料塔塔高的设计计算提供了一种新的方法─图解梯级法。填料塔塔高的计算主要是求传质单元数,通常求传质单元数的三种方法都较繁琐,图解梯级法简捷明了,可使计算过程大为简化。

Abstract:the base of the column -- height's counting in the column of trays by using graphic method.this article supplies a new method for the height counting of filled column -- the method by using graphic method. It is mainly the amount of passing -- substance unit in the counting of the filled column height.There are usually three methods .but it is troublesome to count the mount of the passing -- substance unit. It is simple and clear to use the method of step graphic. it will be simple in the course of counting
