摘    要:教学参考书是教学指导用书,意在帮助教师发挥创造性,提高教学质量。然而受多种因素影响,现在惟教参独尊的现象十分普遍。要深化语素质教育,必须解决这个问题。教材编写应该给教师提供更多自由发挥的空间;教师也要不断提高学修养,用好教学参考书。

Abstract:As a guiding book for teaching, the teaching reference book means to help the teachers to give the rein to their creativity and to improve their teaching. However, the teaching reference book has found its way to hold supreme authority over teachers, owing to various factors. To develop Chi- nese language teaching, this problem must be solved. On the one hand, the textbook writers should provide teachers with more freedom of giving full play to themselves, while on the other hand, teach- ers themselves ought to make good use of the reference book by improving their own accomplishment.
