社区图书馆的定位与建馆模式

我国目前应大力发展社区图书馆。社区图书馆定位可从特点、系统、服务功能、社会价值四个方面来把握。其建馆模式有政府筹建，公共图书馆援助建设，大型厂矿企业工会图书室朝社区图书馆发展，房地产开发商筹建，全体居民筹建，企业赞助，个人赞助等。

On the Positioning of Community Library and Its Patterns of Construction

Community library can be positioned from four aspects, namely ,its characteristics,its system,its service function, its society value. The construction of community library has seven patterns to be adopted, that is to say, it can be constructed either by the government, or with the assistance from public library, or by estate a-gent, or joined by residents;it can also from trade union's library of large - sized factories,mines and other enterprises , or constructed under the auspices of enterprises or individual.
