| 摘 要： | 学习实践科学发展观,关键在于把握以以人为本这个核心,以人为本的提出不仅反映了马克思主义的根本要求,还发展了社会主义发展观。作者将围绕着以人为本在科学发展观中的核心地位,初步探析以人为本处于核心地位的依据,以人为本处于核心地位的体现,以及以人为本作为科学发展观的核心在现实中所发挥的意义,从而促进我们更好的认识和实践科学发展观。

| Abstract: | In studying and practicing the scientific outlook on development,the key is to grasp the people-oriented core.The view of people oriented not only reflects the fundamental requirement of Marxism,but also develops the socialist development concept.Based on people oriented in the core status of scientific develop-ment view,this paper analyzes the core basis of people oriented,embodiment and significance so as to promote us to better understand and practice the scientific outlook on development. |
