摘    要:中共中央、国务院关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定,为我国教育体制的改革与发展指明了方向,素质教育已在全国范围内推广实施,但贫困地区素质教育的实施具有它自身的特殊性,本文就这个矛盾的特殊性谈谈自己的看法.

Abstract:The central committee and the State Council of CPC proposed to promote the quality - oriented education and deepen the educational reform,and it s just a guide of our educational systems' reform and development .Now the quality -oriented education is carrying on in all over the country ,but it has something particular to do so in the poverty - stricken area , so the particularity of the education is disusssd here.
