| 摘 要： | 以我国部分211工程院校(不含纯文科大学)为研究对象,对其智力资本与创新绩效之间的相关性进行了实证分析。路径分析结果表明,在我国"211大学"中,人力资本对社会关系资本和结构资本具有直接正向作用,对创新绩效起直接作用的是结构资本,人力资本通过结构资本对创新绩效发生间接作用。
