汽车后市场规模的逐年增长,促进了汽车服务相关专业职业教育的发展,需要大量高素质汽车服务工程职教师资成为亟须解决的问题。文章中明确了职教师资人才培养质量标准制定依据;分析了汽车后市场及相关学科专业教育、汽车服务工程职教师资人才培养现状;从专业能力、普适能力和职业素质三维度标准构建了汽车服务工程职教师资人才培养质量标准。

Construction of Quality Standards of Talent Cultivation of Vocational Education Faculties for Automobile Service Engineering

With the increase of the scale of automobile aftermarket year by year,the development of professional vocational education related to automobile service has been promoted and a large number of high-quality vocational education faculties of automobile service engineering are needed.The construction bases for the quality standards of talent cultivation of vocational education faculties are put forward.The current situations of automobile aftermarket,related major education about and talent cultivation of vocational education faculties about automobile service engineering are analyzed and studied.The quality standards of talent cultivation of vocational education faculties for automobile service engineering are constructed from three dimensions of professional competence ability standards,general ability standards and professional quality standards.
