| 摘 要： | 六顶帽子教学法是案例教学法的加强,在税法教学中尤具独特价值。论文首先阐释了六顶帽子教学法的设计原理,然后分析了其在税法教学中的特殊价值,接下来介绍了上海立信会计金融学院法学院在税法案例课中对六顶帽子教学法的实践运用体会,最后提出如何在税法案例教学中进一步推动六顶帽子教学法的建议。

| Abstract: | Six Hats Teaching Method is of special merits in tax law teaching which is the strengthening of case law teaching method.First,The paper interpreted its design rationales.Second,the paper analyzed its special merits in tax law teaching.Third,the experiences of law school in Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance has been introduced.Finally its future use suggestions have been recommended. |
