| 摘 要： | 文章在总结传统治理经验的基础上,兼顾时代创新需求而革新领导者的组织治理优势,对于进一步提升组织治理现代化、创新化具体重要意义。这就需要强化领导者的使命意识、历史意识、整合意识和创新意识。应立足创新意识,革新治理结构;立足整合意识,提升治理能力;立足历史意识,坚持制度积累;立足使命意识,强化认知凝聚。

| Abstract: | On the basis of summing up the experience of traditional governance and taking into account the needs of innovation in the times,it is of great significance to innovate the organizational governance advantages of leaders for further upgrading the modernization and innovation of organizational governance.This requires strengthening leaders'sense of mission,history,integration and innovation.We should base on innovative consciousness,innovate governance structure,integrate consciousness,enhance governance ability.Based on historical consciousness and insisting on system accumulation,strengthen cognitive cohesion based on mission consciousness. |
