非全日制研究生管理模式探索与实践

随着研究生教育改革的不断深化,非全日制研究生教育被赋予了全新的概念内涵和时代特征。2017年,第一批非全日制研究生开始招生,研究生培养单位对于非脱产学习的非全日制研究生管理服务工作普遍缺乏经验,随着招生数的不断增加,非全日制研究生管理已成为制约我国研究生教育稳步发展的关键问题。文章结合非全日制研究生特点,梳理非全日制研究生管理上存在的问题及其产生原因,在实际工作中创新工作方法,探索非全日制专业学位研究生管理的新模式。

Exploration and Practice of the Management Model of Part-time Postgraduate

With the continuous deepening of the reform of postgraduate education,part-time postgraduate education has been endowed with new concepts and characteristics of the times.In 2017,the first batch of part-time postgraduate began to enroll.The postgraduate training units generally lack experience in the management service of part-time postgraduate who study off-the-job.With the increasing enrollment,part-time postgraduate management has become a key problem restricting the steady development of postgraduate education in China.Based on the characteristics of part-time postgraduates,this paper combs the problems and causes of part-time postgraduate management,innovates working methods in practical work,and explores a new management model for part-time professional degree postgraduates.
