集成电路的计算机辅助设计教学方法改革探索

摘    要:集成电路设计是一项理论基础要求高、综合性和系统性强、涉及面较广的任务,离不开计算机软件的辅助。开设《集成电路CAD》课程,有利于提高学生的实践能力、加深对专业课程的理解,是系统培养集成电路人才的有效手段之一。针对课程内容抽象的特点,在课堂教学时需通过融入行业前沿信息、设计案例,合理设置随堂练习题、讨论题以及课后习题等一系列内容,丰富教学内容、创造直观生动的课堂氛围,充分调动学生的学习积极性。针对实践性强的特点,通过分组进行课题设计、逐一开展设计报告、加重实践环节的考核比重等方法,可以培养学生的设计思维、提高学生的设计能力。

Abstract:Integrated circuit design is a systematic and complex task with high theoretical basis and strong comprehensiveness.It involves a wide range of areas.So,It the assistance of computer software is necessary during the design of integrated circuit.The course'Integrated Circuit CAD'is helpful to improve students'practical ability and deepen their understanding of courses about semiconductor and integrated circuit.This course can effectively train integrated circuit designers.In order to enrich the teaching content,create an intuitive and vivid classroom atmosphere,and fully mobilize students'learning enthusiasm,a series of reforms should be made in classroom teaching,such as incorporating advanced industry information,designing cases,reasonably setting in-class exercises,discussion questions and after-class exercises.Because this course has strong practicality.grouping project design,design reports,and increasing the proportion of testing can train students'design thought and improve their design capability.
