高职教育人才培养的“微课”创新模式研究

摘    要:在高职院校教学改革的过程中,运用微课视频的教学方式,不仅可以增强课堂教学的互动性,也能够鼓励学生养成良好的创新精神,符合时代发展的需求。文章对高职院校教育人才培养的微课视频创新模式进行深入的分析和研究,总结高职教育中所采用的微课视频教学方式,提出全新的应用策略,明确微课视频在高职院校教学创新中的实际作用,这样才能够全面增强高职院校人才培育的效果。

Abstract:In the process of teaching reform in Higher Vocational colleges,the use of micro-video teaching method can not only enhance the interaction of classroom teaching,but also encourage students to develop a good spirit of innovation,in line with the needs of the times.This paper makes an in-depth analysis and Research on the innovative mode of micro-course video in Higher Vocational education,summarizes the teaching mode of micro-course video in Higher Vocational education,puts forward a new application strategy,and clarifies the practical role of micro-course video in teaching innovation in Higher Vocational colleges,so as to enhance the effect of talent cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges in an all-round way.
