农村社会职业流动与社会效应分析

中国目前处于经济社会迅速发展的时代,农村地区的人口流动与日俱增。农村社会劳动力向外流动主要表现为职业上的流动,职业流动的主要形式包括职业上的地域、种类、地位和代际的流动。不同的农村社会职业流动现象,反映的是城乡之间的固有差异。在农村社会流动日益增多的背景下,产生的社会效应也表现在多方面。从农村职业流动的角度出发,分析了职业流动产生的原因及形式,探寻了农村职业流动带来的社会效应。

An Analysis of Social Occupational Mobility and Social Effects in Rural Areas

China is currently in an era of rapid social and economic development.Population mobility in rural areas is increasing day by day.The outward flow of labor force in rural society is mainly manifested as occupational mobility.The main forms of occupational mobility include occupational region,type,status,and intergenerational mobility.Different phenomena of rural social occupational mobility reflect the inherent differences between urban and rural areas.In the context of increasing rural social mobility,the resulting social effects are also manifested in many aspects.From the perspective of rural occupational mobility,the causes and forms of occupational mobility are analyzed,and the social effects of rural occupational mobility are explored.
