“以产带学,以研促学”校企共建黄酒产业链实习实训基地的探索实践

实践教学是应用型本科院校教育培养学生技术应用能力的主要手段。产学研结合视角下校外实习实训基地的建设,可以为交叉培养应用型人才提供组织保障。黄酒是世界三大最古老的酿造酒之一,在市场竞争日趋激烈的背景下,我国黄酒产业的生产与发展依赖于传统制造业的升级和开拓创新。文章介绍了黄酒学院以市场为导向,校企合作建设校外实习实训基地的内容和情况。通过实习基地的建设和实践教学课程体系,可以帮助搭建学生理论基础教育与应用能力锻炼的桥梁,培养学生对黄酒产业的文化认同感,满足企业应用型人才需求、服务产业转型升级和区域经济发展要求。

An Exploration of Establishing Internship and Training Base of Yellow Wine Industry Chain Through School-Enterprise Cooperation Following the Concept of "Promote Study by Production and Research"

Practical education has now become the main method to improve students’ technical skills in applied undergraduate colleges.Establishment of internship and training base outside school from a production-study-research joining perspective can provide organization guarantee for cross-training of versatile and practical talents.Yellow wine is one of the ancient fermented alcoholic drinks.Under the background of increasing competitive marketing,the production and development of Yellow Wine Industry relies on the upgrading and innovation of traditional manufacturing.This paper introduced the basic content and situation of the internship and training base outside school established by our college of yellow wine in cooperation with local enterprises.Establishment of the training base and practical teaching curriculum can provide a bridge connecting theoretical education and applied ability,improve the students’ recognition of cultural identity of yellow wine,and satisfy the need of yellow wine enterprises for applied talents,the transformation and upgrading of service industry,as well as the development of regional economy.
