妇科护理教学中应用平行式教学的效果观察

摘    要:目的:将传统妇科护理教学模式与平行式教学模式相对比,观察探究妇科护理教学中应用平行式教学的效果。方法:于作者所在学校2017级护生中选取100例作为观察对象,将该100例护生随机分为观察组和对照组两组,每组50例护生,给予对照组护生应用妇科护理教学传统教学模式,给予观察组护生应用妇科护理教学平行式教学模式,对比两组护生学习成绩及对于学习的满意度。结果:观察组护生的上课实际出勤率与课堂实际发言人数均显著高于对照组护生,且观察组护生平时平均作业成绩与期末考试平均成绩同样显著高于对照组护生平时平均作业成绩与期末考试平均成绩,(P<0.05);观察组护生对于教学模式的满意度(98%)显著高于对照组护生对于教学模式的满意度(86%),(x2=4.8913,p=0.0269)。结论:将平行式教学应用于妇科护理教学中,可有效调动学生的学习积极性,提供学生学习成绩,提升学生对学习的满意度,使学生对护理知识的掌握更加牢固,值得在教学中推广。

Abstract:Objective:to compare the traditional gynecological nursing teaching mode with the parallel teaching mode,and to observe and explore the effect of parallel teaching in gynecological nursing teaching.Methods:2017 nursing students in the author's school were randomly divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The nursing students in the control group were given the traditional teaching mode of gynecological nursing teaching,and the nursing students in the observation group were given the parallel teaching mode of gynecological nursing teaching.Results:the actual attendance rate of nursing students in class and the actual occurrence in class in the observation group The number of nursing students in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the average homework scores and final examination scores in the observation group were also significantly higher than those in the control group((P<0.05),and the satisfaction rate of nursing students in the observation group(98%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(86%),(x2≤4.8913,p≤0.069).Conclusion:the application of parallel teaching in gynecological nursing teaching can effectively arouse students'enthusiasm for learning,provide students with academic performance,improve students'satisfaction with learning,and make students feel good about their learning.The knowledge of nursing is stronger and worth promoting in teaching.
