基于MOOC的军事职业教育课程资源体系构建浅议

军事职业教育是我军“三位一体”人才培养体系的重要组成部分,是提升官兵素质、推动部队备战打仗能力水平建设的重要手段。MOOC的属性与军事职业教育有着很高的契合度。文章在介绍MOOC给军事职业教育带来的教学理念、模式、方法手段创新基础上,重点对建立基于MOOC的军事职业教育资源体系的原则基础进行了分析与梳理,并给出了资源体系建设的实施建议。

Suggestions on the Military Career Education Course Resource System Based on MOOC

Military career education is an important part of the"trinity"personnel training system of PLA,and an important means to improve the quality of officers and soldiers and promote the construction of troops'ability to prepare for war.The attributes of MOOC fit well with military career education.On the basis of introducing the innovation of teaching ideas,models and methods brought by MOOC to military career education,this paper focuses on analyzing and combing the principles and foundation of establishing the resource system of military career education based on MOOC,and gives the implementation Suggestions of resource system construction.
