以太坊智能合约技术在建设工程施工合同中的应用

摘    要:智能合约技术是区块链技术中的一项新兴应用场景。与传统合约相比,智能合约具有去中心化、无法篡改、可验证和自强制性等诸多优点,它可以有效地解决建设工程施工合同管理过程中执行成本高、运行效率低和纠纷处置难的弊端。以工程资金拨付环节的智能合约实现过程做了举例说明,证明了智能合约具有传统合同无法比拟的优势,具有广阔的应用价值和推广前景。

Abstract:Smart contract technology is an emerging application scenario in blockchain technology.Compared with traditional contracts,smart contracts have many advantages such as decentralization,immutability,verifiability and self-enforcement.It can effectively solve the disadvantages of high execution cost,low operation efficiency and difficult dispute settlement in the process of construction contract management.An example is given to illustrate the implementation process of smart contract in the project fund allocation and payment link,which proves that smart contract has incomparable advantages over traditional contract and has broad application value and promotion prospect.
