| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展,新形势下高校班级建设、管理方式、管理对象都发生了重大变化,班级建设管理也变得更加复杂。基于此,文章将借鉴管理学的高效业务模式设计园艺181班级工作创新模式并赋予其具体内涵,包括资源构建、组织构成、PDCA运用和班级目标实现这些方面,有效地提高工作效率,以推动班级整体发展。

| Abstract: | With the development of society,great changes have taken place in class construction,management methods and objects in universities under the new situation,consequently,the management of class construction has become more complex.Hence,this paper will take example by the high-efficiency business model of management to design and endow the innovative model of class work in class 181 major in horticulture with specific connotations,including establishing resources、structure of organization、the apply of PDCA and fulfilling the goals,in order to improve work efficiency and ensure the overall development of the class. |
