| 摘 要： | 教育部重点实验室是国家科技创新体系的重要组成部分,是国家组织高水平基础研究和应用基础研究、聚集和培养优秀科技人才的重要基地。分析了教育部重点实验室在研究生创新人才培养中的优势。探讨了研究生创新人才培养在“双一流”建设过程中的重要性。阐述了“双一流”背景下如何做好教育部重点实验室管理,助力研究生创新型人才培养。

| Abstract: | The key laboratory of ministry of education is an important part of the national science and technology innovation system.It is also an important base for the state to organize high-level basic research and applied basic research,gather and train outstanding scientific and technological talents.The advantages of the key laboratory of ministry of education in the cultivation of innovative postgraduates are analyzed.The importance of innovation talent training of the postgraduates in the process of"double first-class"construction is discussed.How to manage the key laboratories of Ministry of education and help the cultivation of innovative talents for postgraduates under the background of"double first-class"is expounded. |
