“菌种保存”教学设计与实施

摘    要:文章以“菌种保存”课题为例,教学过程遵循成果导向的教育理念,围绕菌种保存高存活率的目标,通过理实一体化教学法内化知识与技能,并全程渗透职业素质的培养,通过线上线下混合式教学模式创造立体教学环境,提供学生自主学习的条件,有效激发自主学习的积极性。微生物技术课程教学资源丰富,在本课题实施过程中采用了得当且先进的信息化手段突出教学重点、突破教学难点,提升教学效果。

Abstract:This paper introduces instructional design and implement of the"strain preservation method".Following the object-oriented concepts,the classes were organized to obtain more viable cells after preservation.An integration of Theory and Practice of teaching was adopted to improve the master of knowledge and skill,so as to improve professional quality.In addition,an online/offline integrated mode has been adopted to motivate self-regulated learning.With vast online resources of the course Microbiology,advanced e-teaching methods was used to highlight the key points and breakthrough the difficult points,therefore receiving a better quality of teaching.
