摘    要:“思想道德修养与法律基础”课(以下简称“基础课”)旨在对大学生进行社会主义核心价值观教育,以增强大学生的思想道德素养和法治素养,使其成长为自觉担当民族复兴大任的时代新人,其包含了价值性和知识性两种属性。在“基础课”中,经常会出现重知识、轻价值的情况,影响了“基础课”价值引导功能的实现。从学理的角度看,实现价值性与知识性相统一首先需要阐明两者之间的关系,其次厘清两者在“基础课”教学中所承担的不同任务,最后指出价值性如何发挥作用,实现对大学生的价值引导。

Abstract:The"Ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis"course(hereinafter referred to as the"Basic course")aims to educate college students on the core values of socialism,to enhance the ideological and moral quality of college students and the rule of law,and to grow into a newcomer who is consciously responsible for the national rejuvenation.Contains both value and intellectual properties.In the"Basic course",there is often a situation of heavy knowledge and light value,which affects the realization of the value guiding function of the"Basic course".From the perspective of academics,the realization of the unity of value and knowledge first needs to clarify the relationship between the two,and then clarify the different tasks undertaken by the two in the"Basic course"teaching.Finally,it is pointed out how value plays a role in achieving the value guide for college students.
