摘    要:文章在介绍大学生实践能力构成要素的基础上,结合近十年来指导大学生创新实践工作心得,深入讨论了“分层递进、持续发展”的学生专业实践能力培养方式,尤其指出推进创新实验室建设在学生专业实践能力培养上的重要作用,并详细分析了立足大学生科技竞赛以及“大学生创新训练计划”项目的创新实验室建设思路、“分层次,可持续”的运行方式以及相应的管理理念,以创造更加有利于大学生实践能力培养的良好环境。

Abstract:In terms of work experience of guiding college students'innovative practice in the past ten years,this paper deeply discusses the"layer progressively,sustainable development"cultivation mode of students'professional practical ability based on briefly introduction of practical ability basic components of college students,indicating that building the innovation laboratory plays important role in promoting professional practice ability of college students.The paper also states the building idea,operating mode and management philosophy of the innovation laboratory in details.The goal of paper is to create a more favorable environment for students'practical ability cultivation.
