食品微生物实验微视频改革初探

摘    要:食品微生物实验课是一门实践课程,学生实际操作环节的监督显得尤其关键和重要。文章分析了传统实验教学方法的优劣,引入实验课微视频对实验课教学进行改革,通过课堂多媒体播放,和微信平台推送微视频给学生。实验课微视频的应用易于学生课前复习课后巩固,也利于老师掌控实验课教学秩序,提高了教学效果。

Abstract:The paper analyzes the problems in traditional experimental teaching,reforms the teaching process of microbiology experiment with the microvideo.According to the actual teaching needs,four experiments are elected,the microvideo are shoted and push the microvideo to the students on the WeChat platform.It turns out that the microvieo will teach experimental operation details and key steps,and can be repeatedly watched by watched by students to improve teaching results.
