泸州市民日常用药行为现状调查及对策分析

目的通过对泸州地区市民用药现状的调查,了解市民用药意识与习惯、医学常识现状等。方法采用自行设计的网络问卷和纸质问卷,随机对432名市民进行调查。结果87.9%市民未正确处理过期药物;40.0%市民因服药期间有不良反应却未正确处理;48.3%~52.4%市民有不正确的服药行为,如漏服、擅改剂量等。结论泸州市民中存在安全用药不当的行为及隐患,相关部门应通过各种途径加强市民用药知识教育,从而实现节约医疗资源和提升市民健康水平的双重目标。

Investigation and Countermeasures on the Status Quo of Daily Medicine Use Behavior of Luzhou Citizens

Objective To explore the citizens'status quo of medicine use,habits of citizens and the medical common sense in Luzhou by investigating the current situation of drug use.Methods A self-designed online questionnaire and paper questionnaires were used to survey 432 citizens randomly.Results 87.9%of the citizens didn't handle expired medicine correctly;40.0%of the citizens didn't handle the adverse reactions properly during the medication;48.3%to 52.4%of the citizens had incorrect behaviors of using medicine,such as missing medication,changing drug does and so on.Conclusion Incorrect behaviors and hidden danger with using medicine had found among citizens in Luzhou.Relevant departments should strengthen the education of citizens'medicine knowledge through various channels,so as to achieve the dual goals of saving medical resources and improving the health of citizens.
