新工科背景下电气工程专业来华留学生人才培养模式研究

新科技与产业革命对工程科技人才提出更高要求,传统电气专业留学生的培养模式亟待改革和创新。文章基于三峡大学电气工程来华留学生个体特征和跨文化差异性,提出基于专业大类/平台培养的电气工程留学生培养新模式,以培养出多元化、创新型工程人才,提高国际化教育水平,适应新工科背景下国际化人才需求。

Research on Professional Personnel Training Mode for International Students in Electrical Engineering under the Background of Emerging Engineering Education and Technical Disciplines

The new technology and industrial revolution put forward higher requirements for engineering talents.The training mode of international students in the electrical engineering is required to be reformed and innovated.Based on the individual characteristics and cross-cultural differences of international students in China Three Gorges University,a new training mode based on the categories and platform training is proposed in this paper.It helps to cultivate diversified and innovative engineering talents for international students,so as to improve the international education level and meet the requirements of the international talent training under the background of the new engineering and technical disciplines.
