| 摘 要： | 商洛是一个集中连片的贫困地区。市委、市政府坚持以扶贫开发总揽农村工作全局,抓住基础设施建设、产业结构调整、移民搬迁、农村文化教育卫生和劳务技能培训四个切入点,综合开发,整村推进,项目整合,资金捆绑,取得了较好的扶贫效果。今后要探索、完善扶贫长效机制,规范管理,提高扶贫工作的质量。

| Abstract: | Shangluo City is a concentration of poor regions. Municipal Party committee and Municipal Government insist taking on overall situation of rural work with the development of poverty alleviation, grasping 4 point of penetration---- infrastructure construction, industrial structural adjustment, migrate movement, rural cultural educational hygiene and service ability training. They explore and practice the mechanism of poverty alleviation by comprehensive development, whole village pushing forward, suiting projects, bounding capital, resulting the better effect of poverty alleviation. |
