石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定贝类中的痕量砷

摘    要:用塞曼石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定贝类中的微量砷,以硝酸钯为基体改进剂,灰化温度1 100℃,原子化温度2 300℃。本方法具有较高的精密度(检出限为0.18μg/L)和较高的回收率(93.0%-101%),操作简便、快速,可用于贝类中总砷的准确检测。

Abstract:Determination of trace arsenic in seashells by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, palladium nitrate was as matrix modifier,while aching temperature and atomization temperature were 1100 ℃ and 2300 ℃.The method can be used to analyze trace arsenic in seashells accurately, with a higher precision (the detection limit was 0.52μg)and a higher recovery rate(95 % - 101% ), as well as simple operation and speediness operation procedure.
