| 摘 要： | 单片机课程是电子信息类专业的重要课程,本文介绍了仿真软件Keil在单片机课堂教学中的应用.叙述了使用仿真软件,查看内部RAM、RoM和寄存器.以及执行程序时,内部寄存器和存储嚣的变化.使学生对单片机的内部结构和程序的执行有一个清楚全面的认识,增加了课堂教学的实践性,提高了学生的学习兴趣.使知识的理解和掌握变的更加容易.
