Discussing the fusion law of enterprise with individuals |

| Abstract: | Based on thoroughly analyzing the critical change of the human resource's funcion in the new economy,this article demonstrates and provides an essence law which must be followed in human resource management domain in the knowledge economy,that is the fusion law of enterprise with individuals and the operation rules of this law. |
