电活性聚合物发电实验

摘    要:依据电活性聚合物电致大变形特性,揭示其机电耦合规律及能量转换机理.采用丹佛斯生产的硅树脂电活性聚合物材料,构建电活性聚合物风能发电机实验平台,在不同激励电压,不同行程,不同频率下,开展大量恒电荷收集能量实验.实验结果表明:应变与激励电压越大,发电装置收集能量越大,当行程为30mm,激励电压为1700V时,收集能量达到36.2 mJ,验证了理论分析结果的正确性.

Abstract:According to the giant voltage-induced deformation, the electromechanical coupling law and the energy conversion mechanism have been revealed during harvesting energy cycle. Finally, the prototype has been build up with silicone DEAP from Danfoss for the wind generator, via which harvesting energy is studied under the eonstant charge model with different applied voltage, different stroke or different frequency. The experimental results indicated that the harvesting energy is increased by the strain and excitation voltage. While stroke is 30 mm and applied voltage is 1 700 v, harvesting energy reached 36.2 mJ. It demonstrated the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
