| 摘 要： | 加速新技术产业化的过程有利于社会的就业、经济的增长和可持续发展.分析了新兴技术产业化的两条路径:渐进性路径和突破性路径,在此基础上构建了新兴技术产业化的过程模型,并结合台湾生物芯片产业发展的案例探讨了政府在参与新技术产业化过程中应扮演的角色和具体的措施.具体有两点:一是营造创业精神和鼓励敢于承担风险的意识;二是以宏观调控和引导的定位,参与到新技术产业化的过程中.
