| 摘 要： | 实验室是高校进行实验教学、开展科研的重要基地。实验室建设与管理离不开一支素质高、能力强、懂技术、善管理、乐于奉献、勇于创新的实验队伍。本文针对高校实验队伍难以适应创新型人才培养这一现状,提出了一些改革措施。

| Abstract: | Laboratory is important platform in which colleges perform experimental teaching and scientific research.It is indispensability that the laboratory has a team with high quality,strong ability,skillful technique and creativity.This paper discusses how to make the laboratory team suit for the new mode of cultivating innovative person,and puts forward some viewpoints. |
