| Abstract: | Counselors working in higher vocational colleges should implement the ＂Three- Self- One- Guide＂ model in their routine ideological and political education and management. This article probes into the foundation of the model, its implementation schemes and conditions and questions that demand attention, in the hope of providing a new thought for counseling system reform in higher vocational colleges. |
