| 摘 要： | 美国法院将正当法律程序原则应用于高校管理,约束了高校管理行为,在学生权利保护方面发挥了重要作用。美国在高校管理行为的程序约束方面积累了比较丰富的经验。我国正在探索对高校学生管理行为进行程序约束的机制,美国的经验可以为我们提供帮助。
