| 摘 要： | 科学发展观强调全面、协调、可持续发展,经济、政治、文化社会的全面发展,反映了发展的时代特征和必然趋势。落实到企业的实际工作中,就必须坚持以职工为本。作为企业的领导,只有坚持以职工为本,把着眼点放在最大限度地调动职工的主动性和创造性上来,充分发挥他们的聪明才智,才会受到职工的拥护和欢迎,企业也才能搞好。
