| 摘 要： | 独特的自然环境赋予了新疆丰富、多样的特色资源优势。自然资源，无论是可再生资源，还是不可再生资源，都是稀缺有限的，为使有限的资源能在经济发展中持续利用，实现可持续发展，必须对自然资源进行合理开发利用及配置。从自然资源稀缺情况下的高效配置入手，对资源进行合理开发利用及配置提出可行性方案；再从对资源等生产要素投入的最佳方案出发，讨论如何实现资源的配置，使资源可持续利用，确保经济持续发展。

| Abstract: | Xinjiang is rich in natural resources belonging to it's unique natural environment conditions.Regenerative resources and non-regenerative resources are rare and limited,natural resources must be rationally exploited and allocated in order to achieve economic sustainable development.Discussed how to efficiently allocated natural resources,and how to rationally utilized and allocated,and how to ensure sustained economic development in the paper. |
