| 摘 要： | 党的十六大报告是一篇马克思主义的纲领性文献.学习十六大精神,重点是要学习十六大报告.本文认为,十六大报告的主题贯穿着与时俱进的精神,十六大的灵魂彰显着与时俱进的品质,十六大报告的精髓要求我们永葆与时俱进的品格.这对于我们党始终保持与时俱进的精神状态,开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | The report of the 16th CPC National congress is a Maxist programmatic document which is the emphasis of the spirit of this congress. According to this article, the theme of the report runs through the spirit of keeping pace with the times. The quintessence of the report calls on us to be armed with the character of keeping pace with the times. It is significantly meaningful for our party to keep consistently such mental attitude and to create a new situation in building socialism with Chinese Characteristics. |
